These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Velox (the “Service”), operated by [COMPANY]. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Velox syncs data from your Garmin account with your authorisation. We never store your Garmin password — only an encrypted access token used to fetch your data. You may disconnect at any time, which revokes that token.

Velox offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” subscription (£9.99/month or £99.99/year) billed through Stripe. Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing and will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Training plans, predictions, run analysis and injury-risk insights are generated using AI and proven physiological models. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing a training programme.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or another person's rights.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY] is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your training decisions.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
